Background:

Tamworth Manor High School is a secondary school for boys and girls. The age range of the pupils is 11 to 16. The school has two brand new buildings as teaching areas which house most of the lessons. It also has a brand new sports hall and will soon have a floodlit Astroturf. The school offers 10 ICT rooms with up-to-date equipment and will have a large number of interactive whiteboards. Students in Key Stage 3 all take English, mathematics, science, ICT, PSHE, art, drama, music, history, geography, religious education, technology and physical education. It offers both French and Italian as modern foreign language. The school provides a wide range of opportunities for all students. These include football, netball, cricket, tennis and other outdoor pursuits. The school aims to create a safe, harmonious environment where students are challenged to achieve more than they ever thought possible both academically and socially.
