Kingsmead School is a comprehensive school for girls and boys between the ages of 11 to 19. The school is situated on Southbury Road, less than a mile from Enfield Town centre, just near the junction with the Great Cambridge Road. Kingsmead School is on a single purpose-built site. Recent building programmes have provided new specialist rooms, ICT facilities, and PE and sports facilities including an all-weather pitch. In addition, the sixth-form has been recently refurbished and expanded. The school's new arts building offers space for art, drama, media studies, music and dance. The school aims to create a community where all members are valued and have an equal chance to realise their full potential and learn how to make the most of life.
