St Ann's CofE Primary School is a Church of England voluntary aided primary school providing day schooling for boys and girls aged four and 11. The school aims to cater for the all-round development of each child, ie intellectual, social and moral development and to help each child to achieve self-discipline and self-respect as well as respect for others in a secure environment of Christian love and care. There is music teaching in the school in which children are encouraged to sing, play percussion instruments or recorders and also listen to the music of others. The school aims to develop within each child a sense of self worth, and an awareness of his/her importance in the school and local community.
