Background:

Hambrough Primary School opened on 27th April 1981. It has an ICT suite equipped with 16 computers and colour printers for class teaching. It has a hall used for physical education and gymnastics, with changing rooms and showers. Children participate in both competitive and non-competitive sports. Regular football and netball matches are arranged with other local schools. Children also compete in Ealing athletics and cross-country events. Children are encouraged to participate in inter-school competitions and a variety of award schemes. Extra-curricular clubs have included Literature, pottery, folk dancing, recorders, guitars, football, cricket, French, athletics and cross-country. Hambrough Primary School aims to achieve the highest academic standard for each individual child through a stimulating, caring and disciplined learning environment.
