Background:

Horsenden Primary School is set in an attractive area in the north part of the London Borough of Ealing, close to Horsenden Hill. The original Horsenden Primary School opened on the 1 September 1993 and was formed by the amalgamation of Horsenden First and Horsenden Middle School. The newly constructed Horsenden Primary School was built on the site of the old middle school and was opened in September 2002. The school is fortunate to have the facilities of an indoor swimming pool, a practical room, a music room and a library with a 30 station ICT room attached and the flexible hall allows for a multitude of uses and is fully equipped with up-to-date physical education apparatus. The school was presented with an Investor in People award in July 1999 and again in September 2002. The parents, teachers and friends association regularly arrange fairs and discos to raise money for the school. The school aims to provide a happy and safe environment.
