Background:

Whitton School is a secondary school for boys and girls. The age range of the pupils is 11 to 16. The school welcome boys and girls of all abilities, aptitudes and backgrounds. All students follow the full range of national curriculum subjects and also benefit from a fantastic variety of clubs and activities. The school has invested heavily in information technology and the school has 200 computers in various areas of the school, enabling students to learn in different and motivating ways. It offers a broad and diverse curriculum. A wide range of extra-curricular activities are offered at lunchtime and after-school. These facilities include trampolining, netball, basketball, football, cricket, gymnastics, volleyball and martial arts.
