Cheam High School is an 11 to 19 foundational co-educational comprehensive school. Facilities at the school are good. These include: a large sports hall; gym and multi-user games area providing tennis and netball courts; three practice/tuition rooms and lighting; AVA facilities including recording studio; 13 specialist science laboratories with three preparation rooms and dedicated ICT facilities; Language International Network Centre (LINC) which provides specialist modern language teachers with video conferencing; digital audio recording and projection systems; interactive whiteboards and a conference and training room; school hall and newly built kitchen providing students with high quality lunch and refreshments; learning resource centre containing traditional library; school shop; computer and internet access; new post 16 and teaching centre which provides 12 classrooms; the school office; student support area; social and dinning facilities for sixth form and study/computer resource.
