Background:
Firs Farm Primary School was founded in 1954, and the school's 50th anniversary will be celebrated through various activities and events this year. The main school building has eight classrooms, and there are a further six classrooms in hutted buildings. There is a small teaching room, an ICT suit, an incorporated library, and a new small dance hall built in 2000. French is taught in Year 5. After-school clubs include sports, and drop-in literacy. Extra-curricular activities like music are provided under the Enfield Arts Support Service. The school has links with the Enfield Education Business Partnership, and is supportive of community projects and charities.
