Background:
Uxendon Manor School is a nursery and primary school catering for children between the ages of three to 11. The school was opened in 1936 and has an exciting and colourful history. After-school clubs include technology, netball and football, and this year the school were joint winners of the Brent Primary Football Cup. The pupils also take part in various extra-curricular visits, as well as welcoming visitors to the school in order to learn about different cultures and religions. The school is keen to maintain its close links with the local community and involves itself in fundraising events for national and international charitable causes. The school aims to create a secure and caring atmosphere in which all its children can reach their full potential and develop respect for themselves, for others and the environment.
