Background:

Emmanuel Church of England Primary School founded in 1945, Emmanuel CofE Primary is a Victorian village school in the heart of the community which is closely linked to Emmanuel Church. In 1999, the school was chosen for the launch of the St John's Ambulance First Aid teaching in primary schools and was featured on breakfast television. The school has participated in the Children's Parliament, debating environmental issues in the Camden Council chamber. Pupils contributed to the Millennium Tapestry, exhibited at the Dome, and to the Millennium banner, on display in St Paul's Cathedral. Ennaluel has fostered links with the Wednesday's Child charity and has been involved in the development of the Mill Lane environmental project.
