Background:
John Keble Anglican Church Primary School was founded over 100 years ago by the sisters of the Church. The school has a buildings dating from Victorian times and more recent nursery and Key Stage 1 classrooms. The nursery is housed in a modernised annexe in the playground and the main school building itself has undergone much internal modernisation. A wide range of extra-curricular activities are offered at lunchtime and after-school. These activities include music, art and drama, netball, football, cricket, French classes and dance club. The school aims to provide a Christian environment in which the spiritual, moral, social, cultural, educational and intellectual development of all members of the school community.
