Chessington Community College is located in the south of Kingston Upon Thames. The college believes that assemblies are an ideal opportunity to promote the ethos of the college, to examine moral issues and to celebrate achievements collectively. Assemblies at Chessington Community College are secular in nature in that they may draw upon different religious beliefs or moral thinking. Students will learn about Christianity and other principle religions and the course sets out to develop understanding, sympathy, respect and reverence as well as an ability to consider and evaluate a range of views.
