Background:
At Salisbury Primary School its aim is to create a safe, happy environment in which all children can learn and develop without hindrance. The school provides for the children a religious education curriculum, which encompasses the religions of its school comunity. It endeavours to enhance and foster the feeling of mutual respect and a desire to see a just and equal society for all. At Salisbury it follows the national curriculum for PE. Also, all year four children go swimming once a week. The art curriculum is enhanced at Salisbury by making use of the many galleries available in the city.
