Each child is given the opportunity to reach its full potential. It has an excellent equipped computer suite comprising 15 computers and an interactive whiteboard. All children are given the opportunity to learn to play tuned and untuned percussion instruments as part of their music lessons. The school football teams have been successful in recent years. The school aim is that all the children should experience a wide variety of sports, some of a competitive nature. It also offers a wide range of extra-curricular activities, which are taken by the staff, or other professional tutors include: football club, dance, drama, art, cricket, guitar, basketball and choir. The children are valued for themselves as individuals and in turn are encouraged to value themselves and each other.
