Background:
Northview Junior and Infant School is a one form entry school which has recently been granted Beacon Status. It is situated in a residential area of Neasden between Neasden Lane and Dudden Hill Lane. The school, built in 1960, has seven classes in the main building, (three Infant and four Junior). There is one hall, which is used for physical education, music, drama and school lunches. The school has two separate playgrounds - one each for the Junior and Infant children. There is a limited range of extra-curricular activities including football, science and dance. These clubs are held after school or during the lunch-time. School visits take place on a regular basis. Every year Northview contributes to charity.
