Our Lady and St John's is a Roman Catholic, voluntary aided school. It is a co-educational day school and it the parish school of St Jonh's Roman Catholic Church, Brentford, therefore the religious education of all pupils who attend the school is in the Roman Catholic faith. The religious instruction curriculum is based on the 'here I am' education programme, which presents Catholic doctrine, liturgy, sacraments and moral education in a child centred experimental way. The school has a caring and supporting ethos where the child's self image can develop positively through the provision of a learning environment where children's needs are fulfilled and work is matched to their ability and potential.
