The school is located at the top of Gravel Hill, near Bexleyheath town centre. St Columba's has two football and one rugby pitch with cricket nets and athletics facilities, and has strong sporting traditions in the Borough, County and National competitions. A wide selection of extra-curricular activities is offered and over £4,000 was raised for various charities in 2001. The school has an active Parent Teacher Association.
