Up to 5 points are awarded for attendance over at least the last 5 years. In addition up to 5 points are awarded on the frequency of attendance over the last 5 years.2. The child attends organisations working for the Church, or for the community, or supports the Church in other ways, for example chorister, server and reader.Information relating to the family:3. The length and frequency of voluntary attendance of the parent/carer at services of the Church of England (or churches in communion therewith), or, at the discretion of the governors, in any other mainstream branch of the Christian Church affiliated to the Council of Churches of Britain & Ireland or the Evangelical Alliance. Up to 5 points are awarded for attendance over at least the last 5 years. In addition up to 5 points are awarded on the frequency of attendance over the last 5 years. 4. The voluntary service given by the child's parent or carer to their Church. Please give details of service, frequency and for how long this has been. (1 point per activity.)5. The family voluntarily attends the Church of England (2 points)6. In exceptional circumstances, the governors can consider compassionate reasons for admitting a child, as long as supporting letters of evidence (e.g. from a consultant/registrar, social worker, parish priest or minister) are sent with theapplication. 7. In order to restrict numbers to the maximum admission number, 150 places will be offered to candidates with the highest priority in accordance with the admissions criteria. Then all candidates below this level will be listed in order of priority in accordance with the admissions criteria.
